The Acu-Gage Manual Model (MicroNut) is designed for job shop, prototype & low volume applications
where non-contact measurement accuracy is critical.
Our gantry style design minimizes stage footprint and eliminates the need for part fixturing.
The granite base ensures accurate measurement results.
The Quadra-Chek 2000, with its built in skew function and full geometric capability, enables operators
to quickly establish datums, measure and store features, and output results to a printer or analysis
software such as SPC.
Point targeting is accomplished with high resolution color video, zoom optics and an electronically
generated crosshair.
The Acu-Gage Manual provides accurate, repeatable dimensional measurements for incoming inspection,
first article inspection, tooling verification and sampling applications.
