The Acu-Gage I is ideal for precision dimension measurement of contact sensitive parts that
require only single-axis or independent axis measurement.
The user friendly Quadra-Chek 2000 digital readout enables an operator to quickly establish a
datum and store both surface and profile features. Point targeting is easy with our crystal clear
optics and precision etched reticle.
The Acu-Gage I provides accurate, repeatable dimensional measurements for incoming inspection,
first article inspection, tooling verification and sampling applications. These measurements are
accomplished without having to touch the part. This is critical for delicate parts or parts made of
pliable material.
Our customers use this system on the shopfloor, in the inspection area and integrated with
manufacturing equipment.
